Email deliveries depends on the MX (Mail Exchange) record of the domain. But before everything else you need to make sure the mail server in your MX record are accepting your emails!
How do I do that ?
There are many providers (including us!) that provides email hosting service. The providers will configure the mail server to acknowledge your domain so that it knows where to deliver the mail to. It is that simple.
